New Delhi, Oct. 27: The UPA government has launched a gigantic exercise after more than a century to map the linguistic landscape of India and its multicultural identity.

Lakers exercise options on Vujacic, Bynum
The Los Angeles Lakers on Friday exercised their 2007-08 options on guard Sasha Vujacic and center Andrew Bynum. Los Angeles picked up its fourth-year option on Vujacic, which is worth slightly more than $1.75 million. The 27th overall pick in the 2004 draft, the 6-7 Vujacic averaged 3.9 points and 1.7 assists in 17.7 minutes while playing all 82 games last season.
