Healthy Program for Seniors
A national organization designed to help keep seniors fit is kicking off in the Mid-Ohio Valley. The Marietta Family YMCA is starting a "Silver Sneakers" fitness program. The program will allow some area seniors to take advantage of free membership and special classes.

New fitness center to open in Holmen
